We learn most from ‘doing’, so whilst we have a great selection of ‘learning events’ and programmes to support many of the roles across our business, you will find that a lot of our learning solutions are available ‘on demand’. This means that you can learn when you want to learn, just when you need that new knowledge or skill. Interestingly, this is the optimum learning state for most adults too – individuals will learn, apply and retain new information far easier and quicker at point of need.
That being said, we do have learning paths for most roles to ensure that you can become an expert in your role in the shortest time possible through learning events, ‘on demand’ solutions such as learning aids and e-learning modules, and through the support of your Line Manager and/or Skills Coach.
